Chmaytelli, has over 17 years of experience in risk management in real estate and has reviewed more than 2,000 projects nationwide. Vice-President Christopher Restak has over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction. He was the principal of an architectural design-build firm and the operations manager for EMG Corp., a nationwide due-diligence firm. Director of A&E Services Neil Morchower has over 20 years of experience in Architecture and Due-Diligence Services. Prior to joining ACI in January 2007, Mr. Morchower was the Director of A&E Services at Commercial Inspectors, LLC since 1997.
  • ACI uses principals with solid credentials. President Chmaytelli received an M.S. in structural & architectural engineering from the University of Texas, Austin and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School. He is licensed to practice civil engineering in California. Vice-President Restak earned his architecture degree from the Pratt Institute School of Architecture in New York and his J.D. from Penn State University. He is a registered architect in California, Pennsylvania and Maryland. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York. Director Morchower studied architecture at the University of Cincinnati. He is a registered architect in California.
  • ACI encompasses the ability and flexibility to meet the protocol requirements of its clients. Along with standard and ASTM reports, ACI produces reports for small-loan packages, desk reviews, fast-turnaround portfolios and reports using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac protocols.
  • ACI maintains Professional and General Liability Insurance with limits designed to meet the due-diligence requirements of most commercial real estate lenders and owners (up to $2M available.)
  • ACI provides its value-added services at competitive fees. Generally, the fee structure of the consulting services provided by ACI is based on a flat fee per project which simplifies the ordering process for our clients.
